A student center requested a more permanent solution for the needs of recruiters and student groups distributing literature and information. We proposed a system that created the potential for varied and unpredictable uses while accommodating this known program. Every effort was made to divorce the elements of this system from a specific function in order to keep the potential for use as unrestricted as possible. The goal was to activate this centrally located space that is currently full of life during peak hours and nearly vacant for the remainder of the day.
